The Dwarf Chameleon is situated on the Boston Road R617 overlooking the majestic Drakensberg Mountain Range and Midmar Dam. Just 5km from the bustle of the N3 this idealistic setting has views of the Midmar Dam Nature Reserve and The infamous Drakensberg Mountains. We can also boast that we are home to a very rare breed of “The Dwarf Chameleon”
Despite the imminent viewing of these shy creatures we have four spacious B&B units, 2 family units (4 sleeper and each with their own bathroom), 2 double units, (2 sleeper - shower), each unit having their very own wooden deck to enjoy the splendid views and exquisite sunsets. Each unit has an open plan lounge, kitchen and bedroom with an en-suite in each room, TV with DSTV channels, a bar fridge as well as self catering appliances such as microwave, kettle, and toaster are included to make your stay even more comfortable.
We have a non-smoking policy in the rooms. Braai facilities on request can also be arranged. We also have various restaurants on offer in Howick for your luncheon and evening meals. Breakfasts are a rich assortment of continental offerings.
